Project overview
Arco Academy, a sports specialist alternative provision school based in Camberwell, South London, wanted to provide their Year 10 pupils with a basic introduction to Spanish language and culture. Arco wanted their two classes to have 40 minutes of lessons per week.
How Dragons Teaching helped
Given that all of Year 10 were new to Spanish, our Teaching Team decided that the most suitable offering would be AmigosConnect, out online blended learning programme, which offers schools a mixture of live Spanish teaching and access to our bespoke build Online Learning Platform. Arco Academy Year 10s will be spending the Spring and Summer terms of 2022 involved in this exciting initiative, which will lead to certification and clear metrics at the end of the course.
