Online Teaching – Enrichment
Project Background
Outwood Academy Acklam, a comprehensive secondary school located in Middlesbrough, wanted to explore opportunities to provide Arabic teaching for their students. Dragons Teaching offered to run their ‘My Week in Qatar’ Arabic enrichment programme with them in November 2022 just before the Christmas break.
How Dragons Teaching Helped
Dragons Teaching felt that this was the perfect solution for the school. The Arabic teaching programme is a forward-thinking online classroom in which 2 experienced Arabic teachers teach students in small groups and give them access to interactive online teaching materials. The course is 5 day long (5 hours) and enables students to learn the basics of Arabic but also to obtain certification approved by Dragons Teaching.
