Online Teaching – Enrichment
Project Overview
St Hilda’s School, is an independant preparatory school for girls aged 4 – 11, located in Bushey. St Hilda’s wanted to explore opportunities to provide Mandarin teaching to pupils in Year 6. Dragons Teaching offered to run their ‘My Week In China’ enrichment programme with Year 6 in June 2022.
How Dragons Teaching Helped
Dragons Teaching felt that this was the perfect solution for the school. The Chinese teaching programme is a forward-thinking online classroom whereby 2 experienced Mandarin teachers teach children in small groups and give them access to interactive online teaching materials. The course is 5 day long (5 hours) and enables children to learn the basics of Mandarin but also to obtain certification approved by Dragons Teaching.
