All our teachers are trained in Dragons’ teaching methods and pedagogy and use our textbooks and online series. Our books have been written to provide an accessible yet solid foundation for learners of all abilities.
Every school is different and we have a variety of structured approaches available to suit your school’s needs. We can offer language teaching as part of the curriculum to suit your school timetable, or we can provide co-curricular language provision as an after-school club or enrichment programme.

How do you recruit your teachers?
All Dragons’ teachers go through a rigorous vetting and selection process that follows the Department for Education’s Safer Recruitment guidelines. Our teachers are predominately based in the UK and Taiwan and we maintain our own single central register of all their relevant and vetted personal information.
What safeguarding measures do you put in place for your teachers?
The wellbeing and safeguarding of your children are the key priorities for all of us at Dragons Teaching. Every Dragons’ teacher will have an up-to-date DBS check (or equivalent police check) on file with us before starting. In addition, and as mandated by the ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education (2020)’ documentation, full references and overseas checks are conducted on all of our teachers.
