Why Chinese?

Exposure to Chinese language and culture is an incredible, lifelong gift. Learning Chinese, even for a short period, cultivates empathy and enthusiasm for other cultures, and opens doors to a myriad of career and extra-curricular opportunities. The number of UK schools offering Chinese is growing every year, and learners are often surprised at how easy Chinese is. Being a non-native speaker of Chinese is an accomplishment which sets students apart from their peers.

So, please contact us for a chat or book one of our teaching team for a taster session – we would love to meet your students!

After-school GCSE classes

These classes have been set up to meet the growing demand for Chinese lessons from schools who are unable to fit Chinese onto the curriculum at the present time. Typically, students will have 2 hours teaching per week, with the same homework commitments as a normal curriculum class. Dragons offers flexibility in terms of teaching times.
